The Agency for Business Registers (APR) launched today the application for compiling and submitting financial reports for this year, which is available on the eUsluge portal. As announced by the APR, one of the most significant innovations in the preparation and submission of financial reports for 2022 is reflected in the fact that accounting service providers entrusted by the taxpayer to prepare reports must be entered in the Register of Accounting Service Providers.

Also new is the possibility of signing requests and documentation with multiple qualified electronic signatures, in cases where the legal representative is limited by a co-signature, as well as the obligation to sign requests and documentation, through the Agency’s free application for signing electronic documents or applications that provide signatures in the cloud.

APR states that new users who have not had accounts on this agency’s system until now are required to register their user accounts on the Portal for electronic identification, after which they log in to the APR portal.
