Serbia, The State Aid Control Commission approved a state subsidy of 13.7 million euros

In the document published on the website of the Commission, it is stated that the company NIDEC Motor Srbija for an investment of 92.8 million euros will receive support of 9.6 million euros from the Ministry of Economy, while for an investment of 37.8 million euros Nidec Elesys Europa will receive 4 million euro incentives.

It is a unique investment in Novi Sad by two companies that have the same owner.

In the name of incentives, NIDEK Serbia will owe the new employment of 116 workers with a salary not less than the minimum wage increased by 20 percent, and NIDEK Europe will employ at least 100 new workers.

In the future factory in Novi Sad, which will be completed by the end of 2024 at the latest, NIDEK will produce parts for motor vehicles, as well as electrical and electronic parts, Dnevnik reports.
