The Center for Digital Transformation of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce has launched a subsidized program to support AI transformation in Serbia’s tourism sector, called “Club 50”, targeting hotels, restaurants, spa, and apartment complexes. The application period is open until November 15, 2025, or until all 50 spots are filled.

The program aims to encourage the adoption of artificial intelligence in the tourism sector and to strengthen practical capacities for its implementation. Participants will receive support to integrate AI solutions into business processes and improve management capabilities.

The initiative introduces the MAIIA Concierge platform, an AI-based solution designed for hotels, restaurants, spas, apartment complexes, and real estate sales. The platform offers customizable modules to increase reservation numbers and quality, optimize operations, save resources, and boost sales of ancillary services such as food, beverages, wellness, tours, and rentals. For establishments with restaurants, it also helps compliance with current and upcoming regulations.

All participants benefit from a 50 percent discount on the initial setup of the MAIIA Concierge platform and associated services, as well as a 50 percent discount on subscriptions for all modules. Additionally, the program provides consulting support in sales and AI implementation, in collaboration with certified AI consultants from the Center for Digital Transformation.

This program represents the third phase of the project “Possibilities of AI Application in Tourism and Related Activities,” supported by the Serbian Ministry of Economy. Previous phases focused on mapping challenges in the tourism sector and developing the MAIIA Concierge platform in collaboration with 20 hotels.
