The Serbian Oil Industry (NIS) announced on the Belgrade Stock Exchange website that it will pay dividends for 2024 on October 22, at a gross amount of 28.18 dinars per share. The record date, determining which shareholders are entitled to receive the dividend, was June 10, 2025. The ex-dividend date for settlement through the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House (CRSD) will be October 21.
Payment will be made on October 22, except for shareholders whose dividend payments have been deferred in accordance with a decision of NIS’s Board of Directors due to their inclusion on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN), published by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) under the Department of Treasury.
NIS has requested that shareholders who do not have an active financial instrument account, or whose account was closed between the dividend record date (June 10) and today, provide instructions for receiving dividend payments by October 20.
