There are 40 train dispatchers, 50 turncoats and 15 civil engineers and technicians employed.
“By employing young and professionally trained workers, Serbian Railways Infrastructure, with the assistance of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, enables young and educated people to stay in the country and at the same time acquire and apply state-of-the-art experiences in their work”, the statement said.
During 2018 and 2019, the Serbian Railway Infrastructure employed a total of 335 workers, train dispatchers, electrical engineers, machine operators for road workers, road construction workers, turn-key workers and road workers, as well as traffic, construction and electrical engineers. Among the employees in the last two years, there are also 79 women, which is about 22 percent of the total number of newly employed workers.
New employees who have signed employment contracts have been employed for a fixed period of time until passing the professional examination, and up to twelve months at the most, in order to qualify for work and take professional examinations. Permanent employment contracts will be concluded with those who pass the professional exam.
