Mihailo Jovanović, Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment, announced that Serbia’s information and communication technology (ICT) sector continues to experience strong growth, with exports of ICT services exceeding one billion euros in the first three months of 2025.
Jovanović highlighted that in March alone, ICT services exports reached a record 385 million euros, marking a 25% increase compared to March of the previous year, when exports totaled 308 million euros.
He further noted that the total export of services in the ICT sector during the first quarter of 2025 amounted to 1.094 billion euros, representing a 19% growth compared to the same period last year.
According to Jovanović, the trade surplus from ICT services in the first three months of 2025 stands at 872 million euros.
