Finance Minister Siniša Mali announced that the law enabling subsidized loans for young people to purchase real estate will come into effect on March 14.

Starting that day, individuals aged 20 to 35 in Serbia will be able to apply for these subsidized loans through commercial banks.

Mali clarified in the Serbian Parliament that the Law on Establishing a Guarantee Scheme and Subsidizing Part of the Interest, which was adopted last week, will officially take effect on March 14. This law is designed to assist young people in purchasing their first residential property.
