The Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS) has announced an auction for the sale of gas stations and land on several plots, inviting both domestic and foreign legal entities, individuals and entrepreneurs to participate, according to eKapija and Beta reports.
The auction will include the Rudare gas station, as well as cadastral plots in Gradinje, Velika Greda, and Polska Ržana. Starting prices for the plots range from 620 euros for smaller plots to 104,500 euros for the most valuable property—a plot in Gradinje.
The auction is scheduled for May 16, according to the announcement.
