Serbia’s real estate market reaches €1.7 billion in Q1 2025 despite slight drop in sales

In the first quarter of 2025, Serbia’s real estate market saw a 9.3% increase in total value, reaching €1.7 billion, despite a slight 2.4% drop in the number of sales contracts (28,705 total).

The most expensive apartment was sold for €1.4 million in Belgrade’s Savski Venac municipality, spanning 168 m². The priciest square meter was recorded in the Belgrade Waterfront area at €9,862. The most expensive house sold was on Vračar for €2.2 million, while the costliest garage space reached €66,000.
