A portion of the iconic Albania Palace in central Belgrade, comprising seven floors of the city’s first skyscraper, is on the market for €10 million, roughly €3,000 per square meter. This continues the trend of selling notable Belgrade landmarks, following Genex Tower, Hotel Jugoslavija, the Old Sugar Factory, and BIGZ.
The space, totaling 3,324 square meters, is being sold by the Deposit Insurance Agency, acting as bankruptcy administrator for Belgrade Bank and Universal Bank, both in bankruptcy. Interested buyers must submit a deposit of €1.5 million to participate in the public bidding process.
