Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced that the Stellantis factory in Kragujevac plans to hire around 1,000 new workers, as the company ramps up production to 100,000 vehicles in 2025. He emphasized that the factory is struggling to find enough local labor and urged job seekers in Serbia to apply.
The starting monthly salary is between RSD 83,000 and 84,000 (approximately EUR 700), increasing to around RSD 92,000 with work experience. Vučić expressed confidence that Stellantis is eager to welcome new employees.
