The Goodwill Generator initiative supports social entrepreneurship and the producers who create it.
OTP Bank has pioneered digitalisation and innovation, spearheading changes in its operations to respond to customer demands in the digital age, while also supporting entrepreneurs along the same path.
In order to strengthen the competitiveness of Serbian entrepreneurship and encourage this industry, in 2017, Generator was launched – a platform that brings together under one roof the initiatives and activities that foster innovative entrepreneurial ventures.
Under the slogan “Join”, the first Generator contest supported 40 entrepreneurial innovations through financial support, promotion and mentoring. Nearly 800 innovators reported their ideas and the winner received a million dinars.
Good results were ensured for the continuation of Generator in 2018, when the bank rewarded those who create the future through the Generator Fluo competition for the best student entrepreneurial innovations.
Generator 2.0 for the past year has been targeted at small, medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs who are not afraid of change and have the potential to transform their businesses digitally.
