Telekom Srbija has scheduled an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on September 5 to discuss the issuance of long-term corporate bonds for 2025 and 2026.
The company informed shareholders that the planned bond issuance aims to raise €1.2 billion over the two-year period. This move continues Telekom’s ongoing financial strategy, following a previous decision to issue long-term securities at the shareholders’ meeting held on June 27, 2025. Details on the timeline for implementing the bond issuance have not yet been disclosed.
