The state telecommunications operator Telekom Srbija has once again failed to publish its regular and consolidated financial reports on the website of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) this year, despite submitting the documents on time.
According to APR, the delays are caused by technical deficiencies primarily related to the “Notes to the financial report.”
The regular financial report, submitted on March 31, remains “in processing.” On April 11, APR issued a notice highlighting that the visual representation of director Vladimir Lučić’s electronic signature was missing from the notes. Telekom was given 30 days to correct this, but so far the corrections have not been made, and the report has neither been entered into the register nor made publicly available.
Similarly, the consolidated financial report for the entire group, submitted on April 30, is also not publicly accessible. On June 3, APR published a notice of deficiencies, giving Telekom another 30 days to fix the issues. These include an incorrect reporting year (2023 instead of 2024) in the note title, missing electronic signature visuals, incorrect labeling emphasizing individual rather than consolidated reports, and missing or misnumbered pages.
This recurring issue echoes last year’s problems, when Telekom’s financial report was delayed due to a missing page in the notes, as reported by Forbes Serbia.
