The estimated value of the Serbian company BIP is 33.8 million euros

The Agency for Licensing of Bankruptcy Trustees announced today the sale of the bankruptcy debtor “Belgrade Beer, Malt and Soft Drinks Industry” Belgrade, whose assets are estimated at 33.8 million euros.
As the most valuable property, the Agency marked the land in Veliko Polje – Obrenovac, a building in Belgrade in Bulevar Vojvode Putnika 5, then on Zrenjaninski put, as well as buildings in Cacak, Obrenovac, Kragujevac, Kosovska Mitrovica, Alibunar and Budva.
Among the valuable assets for sale are trademarks, international trademarks, disputed rights to real estate in Knez Danilova Street, and equipment, long-term financial investments, stocks, receivables and active court proceedings are also for sale.
The estimated value is 33.8 million euros, while the deposit is 7.07 million euros, Danas reports.
