The interest of citizens in traveling by fast trains on the route from Belgrade to Novi Sad is huge, so all the tickets for the weekend are sold out, Dragana Stanković, marketing director of “Srbija Voz”, told Tanjug today.

“The interest is so great that some regional trains started with a duplicate composition,” she said.

Stanković emphasized that the promotional ticket price of 300 dinars in one direction is valid until the end of April 30 for the high-speed intercity train “Soko” which goes 200 kilometers per hour and for the regional train which stops at stops and travels at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour, while children up to the age of six who do not require a special seat do not pay for the ticket.

Passengers will be able to buy regular tickets through the Srbijavoz app, which they can download for free on Google storage, and by purchasing tickets electronically they get a five percent discount on the total price. Soko trains do not sell tickets, but only validate them”, said Stanković.

She informed passengers who have a printed Air Serbia plane ticket on the Belgrade-New York route that they can be transferred free of charge by the Soko high-speed train on departure or return on the Belgrade Center-Novi Sad-Belgrade Center route and have available seats in the zones for seating not subject to reservation.

Stanković reminded that the journey by fast trains lasts 36 minutes, and passengers have the opportunity to buy food and drinks from stewardesses and stewardesses.

She added that regional trains cross the route from Belgrade to Novi Sad in 56 minutes due to delays at passing stations, but that these are also trains of the Swiss company Stadler, which are as comfortable as fast trains.
