The most expensive square meter of office space was traded in the Belgrade municipality of Cukarica for 11,538 euros, with an area of ​​26 square meters, and the highest contract price of 2,500,000 euros was realized in New Belgrade. of 40,000 euros was traded at the Belgrade on Water location. The most expensive square meter of agricultural land was traded in Surcin in the settlement of Jakovo at a price of 24.9 euros per square meter for a plot of 59 acres. The most expensive agricultural land in Serbia in 2021 was traded in the municipality of Zitiste at a price of 3.5 million euros for 303 hectares.

the purchase amount of money on the real estate market in 2021 amounted to 6.1 billion euros, which is an increase of 47 percent compared to 2020. The total number of concluded sales contracts, during the previous year in the Republic of Serbia, amounted to 138,180, which is an increase of 28 percent compared to 2020.

During 2021, the share of payments from apartments from credit funds was 34 percent, which is an increase of 1 percent compared to 2020, and the total share of payments from loans for all real estate in 2021 was 15%, which is an increase of 1 percent compared to 2020.

In the previous year, the turnover of apartments increased by 28 percent compared to 2020, while the amount of money on the market increased by 43 percent compared to the same period. When it comes to buying and selling houses, compared to 2020, the turnover increased by 32 percent, while the amount of money on the market, in this segment, increased by 50 percent compared to 2020.

The turnover of business space increased by 42 percent compared to 2020, with a simultaneous increase in the amount of money of 45 percent. As for construction land, its turnover increased by 40 percent compared to 2020, and the amount of money on the market increased by 66 percent compared to 2020. The smallest increase was recorded in the turnover of agricultural land, which recorded a growth of 12 percent, while the amount of money on the market increased by 14 percent compared to 2020, Novosti writes.
