The national program “Serbia 2025” envisages allocations of 700 million euros for young people, said today the Minister of Finance, Sinisa Mali, during his visit to Loznica.
Mali emphasized that it is about the construction of apartments for young married couples, for young doctors and scientists, so that they can get their roof over their heads under the most favorable possible conditions, it is stated in the announcement of the Ministry of Finance.
He also reminded that a few days ago, the program “My first salary” was presented, where the employment of 10,000 young people is planned for the first time, with a state grant, in order to additionally stimulate employment.
An additional 10 million euros will be set aside for professional training, it is stated in the announcement.
The Minister praised the Loznica project for youth employment.
Mali praised today in Loznica the project of the local leadership for the return of young and highly educated people and their employment, the Ministry announced.
The Minister said that the “Loznica for the Best” project is a good example for other cities as well, how to provide an opportunity for young people.
As planned by the local government, the “Team for the Future of Loznica” should contribute to the improvement of the quality of work with citizens, starting economic activity, personnel improvement of the city administration and the public sector.
Following an invitation in January, the local leadership chose to admit the first 18 young people to the “Team for the Future of Loznica”, which is to make a study on the progress of their city, and they started working on May 28.
At the meeting with them today, the Minister spoke about the plan of the Government “Serbia 2025” which envisages 700 million euros for young people, so that they would not move out: “This is about building apartments for young married couples, for young doctors, scientists, so they can get their roof over their heads under the most favorable possible conditions,” the minister said.
