There is enough energy in Serbia

In the conditions of significant changes in the market, sufficient quantities of oil derivatives have been provided in Serbia and security of supply has not been endangered, the Ministry of Mining and Energy announced today.

At the session of the Working Group for Monitoring the Security of Energy and Energy Supply, the current situation in the energy system, electricity production, gas, oil and oil derivatives supply, as well as the state of energy reserves were analyzed.

Representatives of EPS reported on the state of capacities for electricity production, electricity consumption, the state of coal landfills, as well as activities on energy procurement.

Also, representatives of Srbijagas spoke about the situation in the supply of natural gas, including the use of gas from the Underground Gas Storage Banatski Dvor, Novi Magazin reports.
