Three international brands in Pancevo – Construction of second phase of “retail park” commenced

Three international companies will have their premiere in the market of Serbia in Retail Park Pancevo. The second phase of construction of the shopping center commenced last week and the center is expected to be ready for the first buyers in April 2011.

– A total of 8,000 square meters will be built in the second phase, which will be rented by 10 tenants, more than half of which are foreign companies. Three brands will appear in our market for the first time. One of them is Danish furniture vendor JYSK – Ivan Simic, a manager at Danos, which is the exclusive agent of Retail Park Pancevo, announced for eKapija.

Simic said that the offer in the stores would include clothing, footwear, toys, sports equipment, furniture, electronic appliances, playhouse for kids, etc.

Krusevac-based Tehnogradnja has been entrusted with the construction of the second phase of the complex.

People at Danos announced that the construction of a do-it-yourself store at 5,000 square meters would commence in mid-2011 and that the negotiations with the tenant were underway.

The first phase of construction of Retail Park Pancevo was finished in April 2010 when Dis supermarket was opened.

The investor of the whole project is Israeli Aviv Arlon Group, which has also had similar retail parks built all around the region – in Budapest, Sofia, Plovdiv.
