Based on a request from Toyo Tires Serbia, an Urban Planning Project has been prepared for the construction of an Innovation Center within the company’s industrial complex in Inđija. The project was developed by Kubarch from Subotica, with architectural design by North Engineering.

The new Innovation Center will serve as a specialized unit for research, development, and improvement of tire production processes. Its goal is to enhance competitiveness, efficiency, and sustainability at the factory through new and improved production solutions.

The facility will cover about 6,000 square meters, partly on two floors and partly on one. It will include experimental production areas, material testing laboratories, data analysis offices, and spaces for presentations and employee training.

Rubber production at the center will occur once a week for six hours and will not increase the factory’s overall production capacity. Around 20 employees will work in the center, with occasional presentations and training sessions for up to 60 visitors.

Toyo Tires’ factory in Inđija currently employs 671 workers and plans to produce 3.2 million tires this year, mostly for export to the United States.
