Italian company Vescovini will begin constructing a mechanical parts factory for the automotive industry in October in Sabac. The factory will become operational between July and September 2012. According to Sabac Mayor Milos Milosevic, the Italian investor will invest €500,000 to construct the Sabac factory.

“Fiat Group has chosen us to be an authorized supplier of parts for its products. The factory in Sabac will produce components not only for Fiat in Kragujevac, but also for the markets of Eastern Europe and Russia. We expect products made in Sabac to be of high quality and in the same rank as those exported to Germany. For that we need excellent workers trained in Italy. We are not here to reduce costs and get cheaper manpower but to have the best workers making the best products,” said the representatives of Vescovini Group.
