Weekly commodity price overview: Corn, wheat, soybeans, and fertilizers show price fluctuations

The latest trading data reveals notable changes in the prices of various agricultural commodities. Corn, primarily traded without aflatoxin analysis, saw an average price of 20.75 dinars per kilogram (22.83 dinars with VAT), reflecting a 1.28% increase compared to the previous week.

Onions were also traded, with a contract concluded for CPT onions at 22.30 dinars per kilogram, excluding VAT.

Wheat dominated the market, with contracts settled between 24 to 25 dinars per kilogram, depending on quality and delivery terms. The average price of wheat was 24.24 dinars per kilogram (26.67 dinars with VAT), showing a slight decrease of 1.08% compared to the previous week.

Soybeans were traded in the range of 58 to 58.20 dinars per kilogram, excluding VAT, depending on quality. The average price of soybeans was 58.09 dinars per kilogram (63.90 dinars with VAT), marking a 4.66% price increase.

In the fertilizer market, urea was priced between 48.75 to 51.10 dinars per kilogram (415 to 435 euros per ton), excluding VAT, depending on packaging. Additionally, AN (ammonium nitrate) was traded, with the Russian version priced at 41.70 dinars per kilogram (355 euros per ton) for a 25-kilogram package, excluding VAT.

Lastly, feed barley prices ranged from 25.50 to 26 dinars per kilogram, excluding VAT.
