World Bank “satisfied with Serbia’s progress”

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic met on Tuesday in Belgrade with Vice President of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia Cyril Muller, the government announced.

They spoke about “continuation of cooperation and the process of reforms that Serbia is implementing in the economic sphere, as well as in terms of improving the legal framework and business environment.”

Muller “expressed satisfaction with the progress made by Serbia, and assessed that by continuing reforms and further cooperation with the World Bank, Serbia is in a position to become a fast-growing and modern economy.”
