A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Niš for the construction of a new plant by the Chinese company Yusei, which has been operating in the city for years. The new factory, set to begin construction by late this year or early next year, will create 280 new jobs, adding to the existing 200 employees.
The initial investment in the current factory was nearly €20.6 million, while the new plant will require over €26 million. Officials expect the company to expand further, with projections of more than 500 employees within two years.
