Hoteliers received subsidies.
Due to business difficulties caused by the epidemic of the COVID 19, funds were transferred to economic entities of the hotel industry – subsidies by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications.
As of today, 312 hotel facilities in the total amount of 10.2 million euros received assistance.
Rural and mountain tourism has experienced development this year, but that the city hotels, due to the lack of foreign tourists, were the most affected and needed help, the Ministry of Finance announced earlier, Srbija Danas reports.
