Finland’s truck manufacturing company Sisu Auto has fulfilledall conditions for strategic partnership with Priboj-based truck and busmanufacturer FAP, stated the Privatization Agency, which opened the company’sbid on Tuesday.
The commission for implementation of the strategic partnership modelstated after the presentation of the Privatization Agency’s confirmation of thebank guarantee’s validity that the Finland’s Sisu Auto has met allqualification requirements, reads the Agency’s statement.
The bid includes all elements in line with the instructions for bidders,so it will be forwarded to the privatization councilor.
The government’s strategic partner in FAP according to the tenderrequirements should invest at least one million euros in cash and five millioneuros in assets or rights.
