Objectives pursued by a controller are usually defined in four fields – finance, market, processes and people, and the system is called Balanced Scorecard.

The meeting is organized by the Club of Professional Controllers – ICV Serbia, which brings together 220 members. It is the biggest controlling club outside Germany and part of the International Controlling Association (ICV).

ICV is the world’s biggest association of controllers founded in Germany in 1975, with more than 8,000 members in 20 countries around the world.
