The topics of the meetings will be progress on agreed reforms within the framework of a co-operation program supported by the Policy Coordination Instrument (PCI), which was approved by the IMF in July 2018 for a period of 30 months.
Within the planned measures, tax administration and public sector reforms, fiscal rules, as well as the management of public investment and state-owned enterprises are particularly important.
The objective of the program with the IMF is to maintain macroeconomic and financial stability and to continue structural and institutional reforms to stimulate faster and inclusive growth, create jobs and improve living standards, Beta reports.
