One of the pillars of the investment of the International Development Financial Corporation (DFC) is women’s entrepreneurship, said today the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlovic.
“It simply came to our notice then. As a message to everyone that it is very profitable to invest in women’s entrepreneurship, and secondly – these are concrete loans and ways to help women entrepreneurs,” said Mihajlović for Radio Belgrade.
She states that the basic problem with women’s entrepreneurship occurs after several years of working in their companies.
“Additional capital needs to be provided between the ages of three and five, to help women entrepreneurs diversify their jobs or even change them. I believe that the loans that will be given for women’s entrepreneurship will be very favorable,” she said.
“Our goal is to try to raise women’s entrepreneurship by 25 percent next year compared to what it is today,” said Minister Mihajlovic.
