Democratic Party (DS) deputy leader Dusan Petrovic said Tuesday that there is no conflict inside the DS and it is normal that people have different opinions.
“The DS has the main committee and the presidency, people present their positions and views… it is not possible for everyone in these bodies to think the same way,” he told reporters at the Faculty of Agriculture.
Petrovic said the party makes its decisions in a very simple way – by majority vote.
Belgrade media reported Tuesday that at a closed-doors session of the party’s presidency on Sunday, DS deputy leader
Dragan Djilas commented on Bozidar Djelic’s resignation saying that a share of the responsibility for Serbia’s failure to secure EU candidate status belongs to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Vuk Jeremic, and the Ministry for Kosovo, headed by Goran Bodanovic.
