The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, stated that he expects tonight or in the morning data for GDP growth in the third quarter, between minus 0.2 and plus 0.2 percent, according to which Serbia will probably be the best in Europe.
– I hear that some governments in Europe boast of having a 12 or 15 percent increase compared to the previous quarter, although their decline compared to the same quarter last year is five, six or seven percent, but that is makeup numbers, we do not we are working – said Vucic.
He adds that Serbia will probably be the best in Europe or elsewhere in terms of GDP growth in the third quarter, and that the goal is to be the best in Europe in terms of GDP growth in the whole of 2020.
– It is good that Europe is slowly recovering, but fortunately we are significantly better at this moment, but that is why we need a bigger market and better connections in the region, and that is why we will insist on that – said Vucic, Srbija Danas reports.
