Due to the pandemic, the Government of Serbia is considering the possibility of postponing tax debts and overdue tax liabilities, it follows from the working version of the Draft Law by amending the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration.
The document, published on the website of the Ministry of Finance, states that “exceptionally, in order to mitigate the economic consequences caused by a pandemic, force majeure, or other extraordinary event that occurred during the calendar year, deferral of payment of due tax, ie overdue tax liabilities is approved on in the manner and under the conditions determined by the government”.
Also, the newspaper is a member of the tax fraud related to the value added tax. As planned, in case you avoid paying value added tax, and the amount of tax that is being avoided exceeds 8 thousand euros, you will be fined from one to five years in prison, Mondo reports.
