Alibaba has appointed a representative for Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection announced.
The representative of this company for the Republic of Serbia is the Law Office Karanovic & Partners from Belgrade.
– In accordance with the law, this representative, with the company Alibaba, or instead, the Commissioner or another person may address regarding all issues related to the processing of personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this law – the Commissioner.
The appointment of the representatives of this company was preceded by an initial address by the SHARE Foundation, which indicated the obligation, eKapija reports.
