There is a lot of room for cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the European Investment Bank for the Western Balkans.
Especially because in the next decade, energy will be the most important sector, especially in terms of climate change and energy efficiency.
Today, the Minister of Energy, Zorana Mihajlovic, is on a farewell visit and talks with Dubravka Negre, the EIB Director for the Western Balkans.
– In the previous period, a lot was done in the road and railway infrastructure, as well as on the Danube corridor – said Negre. – In the energy sector, however, there weren’t many joint projects in the past four years, but there is room for cooperation, because, she adds, in the next decade, energy will be the most important sector, especially in terms of climate change and energy efficiency, Novosti reports.
