A city in Serbia will receive one of the largest investments

The Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Serbia, Tomislav Momirovic, talked today in Sopot with the president of that Belgrade municipality, Zivorad Milosavljevic, and the directors of public utility companies about investments in communal and traffic infrastructure.
“I can tell you that one of the largest investments in the sewerage infrastructure that we are carrying out on the territory of Serbia with our Chinese partners, if not the largest, is planned in Sopot,” said Minister Momirovic.
He said that this Belgrade municipality has great development potential in the field of tourism, and other investments, which the Government of Serbia has recognized and that is why it will help Sopot.
The topics of the meeting, apart from the construction of the sewerage network, were also the reconstruction of several roads on the territory of the municipality.
At the meeting, the possibilities of setting up a ramp at the level crossing in Mali Pozarevac and setting up a device for measuring the weight of vehicles to protect roads were discussed.
Minister Momirovic and the president of the municipality Milosavljevic will visit the works on the Avala road, the road from Tresije to Barajevo, as well as on the road Djurinci-Sopot-Kosmaj, RTV reports.
