Sevojno is expected to be sold to Miroslav Bogicevic, owner of Serbian holding company Koncern Farmakom MB, within a month, daily Danas said on Tuesday, quoting both the buyer and the seller.

The current owners, investment funds RC2 and Darby, still have to agree on some important financial details before a final decision is to be taken, it added.

Sevojno turned to a 40 million dinars ($485,782/369,080 euro) profit in 2010 from a net loss of 70.5 million dinars a year ago. It employs over 900 workers, Danas said.
