Serbia’s Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic stated that Serbia was last year’s regional leader in the amount of foreign direct investment, which exceeded $2 billion.

Cvetkovic said at the opening of the event “South East Europe – region of favourable business environment,” that many of these investments will show effects already this year through higher production, exports and employment.
