The job of building the Health Center in the in Novi Sad was given to the company “China Construction Front Group”, which is registered in Zrenjanin. The company, which was founded in May 2019, is 100 percent owned by “China Construction First Group Corporation Limited”, whose headquarters are in China, and so far it has not generated business income in Serbia.
The contract was concluded in the amount of 1.4 million euros, which was the amount of the company’s offer. The bid submitted by the “China Construction Front Group” was also the only one in the tender.
The Chinese company got the job of building the Health Center together with the companies from Serbia, Krip Inzenjering, Geomehanika and Pars.
The work that these companies received includes the preparation of technical documentation and the execution of works on the construction of the Health Center facility in the Vidovdan settlement in Novi Sad according to the “turnkey” system.
The tender documentation states the minimum income in the amount of 3.05 million euros in the previous three financial years as conditions for getting a job.
The ordering party, the City Administration for Construction Land and Investments Novi Sad, also requests that the bidder has done at least one project of a high-rise building in the field of health (project of a hospital, health center, clinic, health institute and polyclinic) with a gross area of at least 1,000 m2.
This completed facility also includes electrical installations, thermal engineering installations, water supply and sewerage installations.
The conditions were at least one road project, one project of electrical installations of strong and weak current of the facility in the field of health, as well as one project of thermal machine installations for the facility in the field of health.
The deadline for the completion of works on the Health Center is 300 days with a warranty period for the performed works of two years, Nova Ekonomija reports.
