Flamat is building a facility in Bela Crkva

A contract between municipality Bela Crkva and the mixed Serbian – German company Flamat, was signed on the lease of unconstructed land in the Industrial Park. Flamat will build a production-distribution center of lighter cubes.

According to Flamat’s CEO, Ivan Stefanović, in the first stage, 15 to 20 new employees will be hired. The employees retraining will be carried out in the factory, while the managers and the shift managers will be retained in the mother factory in Germany.

While signing this contract, the mayor of Bela Crkva, Željko Crnogorac emphasized the importance of this investment in Bela Crkva, and the CEO of Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund, Branislav Bugarski, who was involved in this project, said that in the future VIP Fund will help Flamat to expand further, and will work further on bringing new investors.

According to the investor, the facility construction will start in May, the machine for production will be installed in August, so the production could start on September the 1st.

About 90% of total production is intended for export.
