From January to September this year, Air Serbia transported more than 1.2 million passengers on scheduled and charter flights, which is 51 percent of the total number of transported passengers at the “Nikola Tesla” Airport in Belgrade, the company announced today.
Compared to the entire year 2020, which was marked by the biggest crisis in the history of global air traffic due to the corona virus pandemic, Air Serbia carried 40 percent more passengers in the first three quarters of this year.
In September, that company transported 193,000 passengers, which is 80 percent more than in the same month in 2020, when 107,464 passengers were transported, Beta reports.
