Serbia presents a list of 50 projects for Chinese investments

Serbian Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Zarko Obradovic presented in Beijing a list of 50 projects in the fields of transport, energy, telecommunication, infrastructure, education, science, and environmental protection, which Serbia proposes as the basis for Chinese investments and other forms of cooperation with this country.

Obradovic proposed this in the capacity of Serbia’s coordinator for cooperation with China at the first meeting of the Secretariat for Cooperation with China and countries of Central and Southeastern Europe, which has been established yesterday. At the meeting with Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, held on the occasion of the founding of the Secretariat, Obradovic conveyed the proposal of Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic that the next meeting of prime ministers of China and these countries be held in Serbia in 2013.
