Moscow and Belgrade will sign documents on extending a tied $700-million loan to Serbia this fall, Russian Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak said, Interfax reported.
Negotiations “on a tied loan with Russian Railways’ participation have been completed, and I believe the document should be signed by the end of the fall,” Storchak, a member of the Russian delegation accompanying President Vladimir Putin on his working visit to Kyrgyzstan, told journalists in Bishkek on Thursday.
