Grujic on measures of National Council for Economic Recovery

Vice President of the Serbian National Council for Economic Recovery Branislav Grujic stated that over the next few days, this body will propose urgent measures for recovery of the real sector. After a public debate with representatives of businesses, banks, and Ministry of Finances and Economy, the measures will be presented to the Serbian Prime Minister.

We had a series of meetings with representatives of all business associations and proposed measures that do not cost anything, and can be implemented soon, Grujic told the Tanjug news agency. According to him, basic problems to be resolved in economy involve creation of environment where one can invest and earn, where there is a minimum administrative procedures and obstacles to businesses, along with reduction of all costs of administration. The Serbian economy spends some 1 billion euros on unnecessary administrative procedures, Grujic said.
