Serbia, Messer Tehnogas has recorded a growth of more than 12 percent since the beginning of this year

The assembly of shareholders of the producer and distributor of technical and medical gases, Messer Tehnogas (TGAS), held on June 12, approved all proposed decisions, including the decision on profit distribution.

As was known, this year the shareholders will receive a total of 466.5 million dinars, that is, a gross dividend of 450 dinars per share, compared to last year’s 585 dinars.

June 2 was set as the dividend day, while the dividend will be paid on October 20 of the current year.

Thus, Tehnogas will distribute to shareholders about 23 percent of the realized unconsolidated profit in the last year, which continued the multi-year trend of payments of less than 25 percent of realized profit.

Tehnogas shares ended today’s trading at the level of 14,002 dinars and since the beginning of the year they have recorded a growth of more than 12 percent.
