The Serbian Ministry of Finance and Economy has published a new tender invitation for a strategic partner for the Smederevo Ironworks factory. The potential bidders can purchase the transaction documentation at the price of 10 thousand dollars, until October 19.

Eligible for bidding are the companies that had the income of at least two billion dollars in 2011, and work in the domain of exploitation of metal and other ores, production of raw iron, coke, steel and ferrite alloys, or in the manufacture of metal products and machines. The deadline for the submission of binding offers for the Smederevo Ironworks is October 26, until 4PM, and the bids are to be addressed at the Serbian Privatization Agency.
