Velika Morava river basin covers 37,000 square kilometers, with an average flow of 230 cubic meters of water. Waterflow is over 180 kilometers long with a drop of 62 meters. However, only the last 20 kilometers of the flow, which is five meters downstream from Ljubičevski bridge, is used to produce electricity. It is up to that point that Djerdap accumulation reaches.
