Serbian PM calls on Turkish business people to invest in Serbia

Serbian PM Aleksandar Vučić called on Turkish business people to invest in Serbia. In talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, who is on a visit to Belgrade, Vučić thanked the Turkish government and people for their help in the removal of consequences of the recent floods in Serbia, adding that the quick reaction of Turkey proved friendship between the two peoples.

The bilateral relations have been assessed as good and it has been agreed that economic cooperation should improve. As for infrastructural projects, the Turkish side expressed an interest in participation in the construction of Corridor 10 and Corridor 11 and the Kragujevac-Bar railway line. Davutoglu stressed that Turkey regarded Serbia as a strategic partner in the preservation of stability in the region of southeastern Europe.
