On the second public auction Hipol Plast was sold to company Grainer for EUR 1.25 million. The company will take over 60 workers and hire 100 new employees, and invest between seven and eight million euros over the next three years.

According to the plan, new improvement of the current production will be made, along with entering new markets.
Grainer is operating in almost 100 countries and has a 170-year-old tradition.
