Canadian companies wish to cooperate with Serbia’s RTB Bor

Serbia’s Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic spoke  with representatives of Canadian companies RGMI and Dundee Capital Markets, who expressed interest in cooperation with the mining and metallurgical complex RTB Bor.

A statement by the Ministry of Mining and Energy says at the meeting, which was also attended by Canadian Ambassador to Serbia Roman Waschuk, it was pointed out that these Canadian companies are interested in long-term, pre-agreed advance purchase of the products of RTB Bor, for which they have secured financing.

Antic confirmed the readiness of the state to find strategic partners who wish to improve the functioning of the RTB Bor and said that he will inform the Serbian government about this important proposal.

It was announced that representatives of Canadian companies will visit Bor and meet with the leadership of the RTB Bor, it is added in the statement reports the Government.
